Great teacher training in Sofia, within our FUTURE CLASSROOMS' LEADERSHIP project

Between September 26 and 30, 2022, the second LTTA was held within the "FCL - Future Classrooms Leadership" project financed by the Erasmus+ program. Thus, a team consisting of four teachers made a working visit to the 18 Comprehensive School "William Gladstone", in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, in addition to the delegation from Romania, the delegations from Poland, Turkiye, Macedonia and Italy participated in the meeting.

On the first day of the visit we started with the official welcome by the school management and a tour of the school, it was followed by a tour of the center of Sofia. On the second day, a workshop on "Social-emotional learning and mindfulness at school" was held, and in the second part of the day, a meeting was held to set up the next steps of the project. On Wednesday we visited the city of Plovdiv which was the European Capital of Culture in 2019, more precisely the old center where we had an outdoor history lesson about Bulgaria. On the fourth day we had a workshop on how to apply an escape room in everyday lessons and visited the Rila Monastery, and on the last day we had a treasure hunt with the help of the Actionbound application and the handing out of certificates of participation.

În perioada 26 – 30 septembrie 2022, a avut loc al doilea LTTA în cadrul proiectului „FCL – Future Classrooms Leadership” finanțat prin programul Erasmus+. Astfel, o echipă formată din patru profesori a efectuat o vizită de lucru la Școala 18 Comprehensive „William Gladstone”, din orașul Sofia, Bulgaria, pe lângă delegația din România, delegațiile din Polonia, Turcia, Macedonia și Italia au participat la intalnirea.

În prima zi a vizitei am început cu întâmpinarea oficială de către conducerea școlii și un tur al școlii, a fost urmat de un tur al centrului Sofia. În cea de-a doua zi a avut loc un workshop cu tema „Învățare socio-emoțională și mindfulness la școală”, iar în a doua parte a zilei a avut loc o întâlnire pentru a stabili următorii pași ai proiectului. Miercuri am vizitat orașul Plovdiv care a fost Capitală Culturală Europeană în 2019, mai exact centrul vechi unde am avut o lecție de istorie în aer liber despre Bulgaria. În a patra zi am avut un workshop despre cum să aplicați o cameră de escape în lecțiile de zi cu zi și am vizitat Mănăstirea Rila, iar în ultima zi am avut o căutare de comori cu ajutorul aplicației Actionbound și înmânarea certificatelor de participare.
